De-Escalation

Stay calm
Give space
Don't argue or challenge
Disengage and get your supervisor
You are not a security officer

Active Threat: Run, Hide, Fight

Evacuate if you can
Hide and barricade if you can't
Fight only as a last resort
Call 911 once you're safe
